Willow Brook is situated in the pleasant residential area of Carlton and within walking distance of the local shops. The home is also on a bus route into the city centre, which is approximately seven miles away.

Willow Brook is a purpose built two-storey building on the site of the old Ritz cinema and has recently been fully refurbished to provide a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The home has two lounges and dining rooms, both well furnished, which provide a central area for residents to meet, relax and entertain guests. It boasts a small courtyard garden with an easily accessible patio area offering a delightful place to spend a sunny afternoon. All bedrooms are en-suite and have televisions, telephone points, smoke detectors, 24-hour nurse call systems and thermostatic radiators.

Regular activities take place including bingo, games and gentle exercise to music sessions. There is a hairdressing salon on site and a local mobile library service also calls at the home.
